Our 15-day ‘Ease the Tension’ Return Policy

The entire physical products sold at are covered under our 15-day ‘Ease the Tension’ Return Policy. We have developed this policy to give you a hassle free shopping experience at our online store. If you want to return the product you can do so, with in a period of 15 days, from the date of dispatch.

You can return the product in following cases:

  1. Product has a manufacturing defect or
  2. Damaged product in transit or
  3. Mismatched product delivery or

To return the product you need to follow these steps:

  1. Put the product in the original packaging.
  2. Insert the original invoice and keep duplicate copy of invoice.
  3. Mention the reason for return on the back of invoice.
  4. Seal the package.
  5. Send the product.

To send the product back you can use the any good courier service. After receiving the product, our quality management team will inspect the item and on confirming the defect mentioned by you, you will we offered a gift voucher or direct payment will be made within seven days in to your bank account equal to the value of product. No charges will be reimbursed if you product is return on the reason that you just did not like the product.

Terms and Conditions:

In case the product has any manufacturing defect you have to inform us at within 10 days after you will receive the product.

In case the product gets damaged during transit you have to inform us within 48 hours after you will receive the product.

You cannot return the products just for a reason that you didn’t like the product.

Before sending back the product make sure that product must not render unsellable and all the tags/accessories must be intact with the product.
